Ⅰ.SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard shipping orders - Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.We make a lot of our products made to order,we try our best to be as eco friendly as possible and not wasting any fabrics that are not needed.Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase.
We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off to our shipping carrier.That responsibility is now between the shipping carrier and the customer.For claims and issues with the delivery of your package please contact the shipping carrier customer service provider.It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day its supposed to be delivered.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when ordering and contains right apartment number if necessary.We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages.Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be dealt with the shipping provider.
Ⅱ.ORDER PROCESSING:
1.Order Confirmation:Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing their purchase.
2.Payment Processing:Please note that orders will only be processed and shipped after payment verification is completed. This process may take up to 3 business days.
3.Processing Time:Once payment is verified, orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days (may be longer during holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended, and customers will be duly informed via email.
Ⅲ.Order Accuracy and Address Verification:
1.Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. PaxerPeace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. Customers are advised to review their shipping information carefully before completing their purchase.
2.Delivery Confirmation: Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
Ⅳ.Order Status and Tracking:
1.Order Updates: Customers will receive email updates regarding their order status, including confirmation, processing, and shipping details. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
2.Tracking Information: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the respective carrier's website.

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
How many days does It take to ship orders?
All orders are typically shipped within 4-7 business days,orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
