RETURN&REFUND POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until we start processing (usually 2-3 hours after the order has been placed). If your order has been paid and you need to make changes, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or there was an error in your order that was our mistake. If you believe your item meets these criteria, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at info@paxerpeace.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse or any reason not due to our error.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@paxerpeace.com

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
